How to extend the service life of the filter cartridge
⒈濾筒堵塞。當濾筒堵塞時，阻力增加并且可以通過差壓計讀數的增加來表示，濾筒的堵塞是濾筒磨損，穿孔和脫落現象的主要原因。
1. The filter cartridge is blocked. When the filter cartridge is blocked, the resistance increases and can be indicated by the increase of the reading of the differential pressure gauge. The clogging of the filter cartridge is the main reason for the abrasion, perforation and falling off of the filter cartridge.
濾筒堵塞的原因是：
The reasons for the clogging of the filter cartridge are:
（1）暫時加強清洗，以消除濾筒的堵塞；
(1) temporarily strengthen the cleaning to eliminate the blockage of the filter cartridge;
（2）部分或 換濾筒；
(2) part or change of filter cartridge;
（3）調整安裝和操作條件。

⒉濾筒損壞。濾筒的形狀和濾筒的安裝方法和機構確定了濾筒易于破裂的位置，并且可以相應地進行檢查和修理。
2. The filter cartridge is damaged. The shape of the filter cartridge and the installation method and mechanism of the filter cartridge determine the position where the filter cartridge is easy to break, and can be inspected and repaired accordingly.
⒊濾筒老化。主要是由于以下原因，有進行原因調查，采取消除措施并換濾筒。
3. Aging of filter cartridge. Mainly due to the following reasons, cause investigation is carried out, elimination measures are taken and filter cartridge is changed.
（1）異常高溫引起的硬化和收縮。

⒋新舊濾筒不應混合，以免損壞設備和正常運行。
4. New and old filter cartridges shall not be mixed to avoid damage to equipment and normal operation.
⒌換濾筒，先用壓縮空氣吹氣，然后檢查是否有孔。如果孔被修復，應該換。如果濾芯有灰塵，請用水沖洗干凈，然后換。
5. Change the filter cartridge, first blow with compressed air, and then check whether there are holes. If the hole is repaired, it should be replaced. If there is dust in the filter element, wash it with water and replace it.
